 We offer free delivery and setup within 50 miles of our locations. This includes leveling the building and ensuring that doors and windows operate smoothly. For locations outside the 50-mile range, delivery charges may apply. 

 Yes, you can fully customize your shed or garage. Choose from insulated windows, shutters, flower boxes, garage doors, barn doors, and more. Explore your options on our color and customization page. 

 All our exposed wood components are covered by a lifetime warranty against termite damage and decay. Our Tamko® shingles come with a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty, and LP® SmartSide® siding is also backed by a warranty for durability and protection. 

Delivery requires 14 feet of height clearance and 2 feet of width clearance wider than the building. If there are obstructions (trees, fences), they must be removed by the customer before delivery to ensure successful placement of the building.

 Our buildings do not require a concrete or rock foundation to maintain their lifetime warranty. They are designed with ground-contact, pressure-treated skids and floor joists that can sit directly on the ground. 

 The Utility Garage features a 7'8" interior wall height, while the Lofted Barn Garage includes lofted storage with a 6'3" interior height. Both styles come with an 8-foot wide by 7-foot tall garage door and a heavy-duty floor system. 

 In-stock sheds are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. Custom builds may take longer, depending on order specifics and current demand. A delivery estimate will be provided at the time of order. 

 Yes, our Rent-to-Own program allows you to return the building at any time without penalties. This makes it a flexible solution if your storage needs change. 

 Yes! During the Rent-to-Own (RTO) period, you can upgrade to a larger shed or garage. We’ll apply a credit based on the condition of your current building and how long you’ve had it. 

 In addition to Rent-to-Own, we offer other financing options with flexible payment terms. Contact us for details on current offers.

 While our sheds don’t require a foundation for warranty purposes, you can install gravel or concrete pads for added stability. We will level the building during setup to ensure proper placement on your chosen surface. 

 Our sheds are built with premium materials like LP® SmartSide® siding, pressure-treated wood, and Tamko® shingles to withstand harsh weather. These features help protect against moisture, decay, and high winds. Regular maintenance will extend the life of your building.

 With proper maintenance, our sheds and garages can last for decades. The pressure-treated skids and floor joists, along with LP® SmartSide® siding, ensure durability, while our lifetime warranty covers protection against termite damage and decay.
